Who we are

Michelle Salzer, co-founder of Tears & Oil, has been a born-again follower of Christ since 1996 and became an ordained minister in 2020 through Joseph Harris Ministries. She also serves the body of Christ as a preacher, author, Music minister, and songwriter.

At the prompting of the Holy Spirit, she started Tears & Oil simply as a way to voice the lessons and messages God has put on her heart to share.

Justin Salzer, co-founder of Tears & Oil, was raised in a Christian household and accepted Jesus at an early age.

It wasn't until his late teens when he saw the power of Holy Spirit and knew God would use him in the areas of media and worship.

Today, Justin has 25+ years of knowledge in media and technology to further the Gospel and bring freedom to those who are bound.

Why we exist

For God's children all over the world to enjoy a close relationship with the Lord and experience victory in every area of their life

MISSION

To equip and support the saints (Christ-followers) who seek to grow in their faith and live out their God-given dreams

GOAL

To provide products and resources that will advance the gospel and strengthen God's people
